Turkish Homemade Plum Marmalade Recipe is a really easy and delicious recipe. When its summer and the plums are ready, you can easily follow these steps and make marvelous Homemade Plum Marmalade on your own.
1 kg damson plum
Half kilo sugar
1 table spoon apple vinegar
1 glass water
Turkish Homemade Plum Marmalade Recipe
Preheat the oven at 160 degrees.
Pour the half of the sugar on the bottom of the baking tray.
Cut the plums in halves and place on the tray.
Pour the remaining sugar, water and apple vinegar on the plums.
Bake the plums for 1 hour 20 minutes.
Once or twice open the oven and pour the water in baking tray over the plums slightly.
When its done and ready put the marmalade in jars. You can preserve Turkish Homemade Plum Marmalade in the fridge.
