- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 grated zucchini
- 2 tablespoon walnuts
- Salt, pepper
Turkish Zucchini Salad with Yogurt and Walnuts Recipe:
On a skillet heat the olive oil a bit. Then stir fry the grated zucchini for 3-5 minutes. You should stir it constantly so that the zucchini wouldn’t get burnt.
When the zucchini is tender and fried, add yogurt and walnuts. For seasoning you may add salt, pepper or even fresh parsley.
You may prepare Turkish zucchini salad the night before, store it in the fridge for the next day.
