- Beat the eggs in a large bowl.
- Add pepper, salt, paprika and the seasonings you prefer.
- In a large pan heat olive oil a bit and then add onions, peppers and tomatoes respectively.
- Wait until the tomatoes lose its juice.

- Then stir occasionally until the eggs are ready.
