Turkish Garlic Yogurt with Carrots

Ingredients

500 gram natural yoğurt
4 medium carrots, peeled and grated
2-3 cloves of garlic, peeled and grated
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt

Instructions

Heat your frying pan with olive oil and add your grated carrots.
Saute carrots until they begin to look soft and transparent.
Add salt and stir.
When the carrots look ready, remove them from the heat and set aside for cooling.
Once your carrots are cool, add garlic and yogurt.
Mix well.
You may serve Turkish Garlic Yogurt with Carrots as a meze before main course or as a sidedish with meat dishes.
