- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 6 eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 liters water

- Mix garlic, yogurt and salt in a bowl.
- In a large saucepan boil water, vinegar and 1 teaspoon salt.
- When the water is boiling hard, reduce the heat and break the eggs into the water. The eggs should be apart from each other so that they don’t stick together.
- In boiling water the white of the eggs will become hard and set over the yolks.
- When the eggs are ready take them out with a spoon.
- Melt butter in a pan.
- Add paprika.
- Put eggs on the plate, add yogurt and pour the sauce with paprika.
